This area is dedicated to you and the artists we work with. It contains lots of helpful information, important documents and useful contacts so we hope you find everything you need.

Sustainability is at the core of all our productions here at the Unicorn. Here's some useful documents on our policies, and the best ways to green your production.
Wellbeing
We are committed to creating a safe and supportive work environment, free of discrimination, harassment (including sexual harassment) and bullying. Everyone here is treated with dignity and respect. When you work here we want you to feel confident, valued and proud to be a part of the Unicorn.
If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable in anyway, please speak to someone about it, that can either be the Company Stage Manager, General Manager, another member of staff, or if you feel unable to you can use one of several resources available to use for free by anyone working with the Unicorn.
- The Unicorn’s Employee Assistance Programme Care First, who can also provide confidential advice and support. Further information is available at their website. Care First are available 24 hours a day at the following number: 0800 174 319
- The UK Theatre helpline who can also provide advice and support: You can email on advice@theatrehelpline.org, or call 0800 915 4617. They are open 24/7, 365 days a year.
- We have a Guardians programme here at the Unicorn. Guardians are Unicorn employees who provide confidential listening and signposting to anyone working at the Unicorn who needs advice about a workplace conflict. You can contact our Guardian Frey by emailing guardians@unicorntheatre.com. You can read more about the principles behind the Guardians scheme here.
