Job Description

We are looking for three enthusiastic, committed and reliable individuals to join our small and hardworking Box Office department. This is a customer-facing role. The successful candidates will have impeccable interpersonal skills and work as part of a team to support audience growth and income.

Box Office Assistants take ticket bookings by phone and in person, act as the first point of contact for audience queries, promote and upsell events, sell refreshments and merchandise at the Tuck Shop (located at the Box Office) before, during, and after performances.
